Add a checkbox to enable "flexible" axis min/max ranges. Meaning, for example, that the axis maximum will automatically adjust according to the charted data above the defined max value, but the axis maximum will not drop below the defined max value. It would allow charts to always display the data state thresholds while preserving "automatic" axis sizing when there is data above that threshold.
